1. Who we are

chinayytech.com is operated by DreamLoom Ltd, which is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. “China YY Tech” is the brand under which we trade.

Because we are established in the UK, UK GDPR applies to this processing and the ICO is our supervisory authority. While our website is accessible globally, we do not specifically target or direct our offerings to buyers in the EEA — our regional offices (Serbia, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, the United States and Chile) are outside the EEA, and we do not price, market or ship in a way aimed at EEA buyers — and an EU Article 27 representative is therefore not required. [If this changes — for example if you begin advertising specifically to EEA countries, quoting in euros, or otherwise directing offerings there — Article 27 would apply and this section needs to be revisited.]

2. What we collect, and why

2.1 Enquiries you send us

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, phone number including country code, regional office you select and the message you write. We use this only to answer your enquiry and to follow up about the products or quotation you asked about. Providing it is voluntary, but without it we cannot respond.

2.2 Analytics

If — and only if — you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-EFPZTMKESC) to understand which pages are visited and how people navigate the site. This helps us improve the content. If you decline, or simply do not answer the banner, no analytics script is loaded and no request is made to Google at all.

2.3 Technical data

Our host records standard server logs, including your IP address, user agent and the files requested, which are used to deliver the site and for security. See section 5.

3. Cookies and local storage

We set no advertising or profiling cookies. Nothing in the table below other than your consent choice is stored unless you opt in.

NameTypeSet byPurposeDuration
cyyt.analytics-consent Local storage This site Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so you are not asked again. Stored in your browser only and never transmitted. Until you clear your browser data
_ga Cookie (analytics) Google Analytics Distinguishes individual visitors. 2 years
_ga_G-EFPZTMKESC Cookie (analytics) Google Analytics Maintains session state for the analytics property. 2 years

You can change your decision at any time using Cookie settings. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection and deletes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

4. Legal bases

5. Who else processes your data

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

6. International transfers

We work with regional offices in Serbia, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, the United States and Chile, and with colleagues and factory partners in China, so your enquiry may be handled outside your own country. Your enquiry is also received in a mailbox hosted by Tencent in China. The UK has not issued an adequacy regulation for China, so we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), together with a transfer risk assessment, to safeguard this transfer.

7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@chinayytech.com.

If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you may complain to your supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

9. Links to other sites

Our quotation button opens aichinatrade.com, and our contact page links to a WeChat Work profile operated through Tencent. Those services have their own privacy practices and this policy does not cover them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed; material changes to how we use your data will be reflected here before they take effect.
